Last updated: 2024. This policy applies to the Rajasthan Prakosth platform, including payment and registration flows.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our platform for customer registration (₹100/-) or shopkeeper/firm registration (₹500/-), we collect:

  • Name, father’s name, address, mobile number, and email
  • Payment reference number (UPI/transaction ID) that you enter after completing payment
  • For firms: shop name, owner details, category, discount items, and payment reference

We do not collect or store your card/UPI details. Payment is completed on your bank/UPI app; we only store the reference you provide for verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data to:

  • Process and verify your registration and payment reference
  • Issue and manage your discount card or list your shop in the directory
  • Communicate about your registration status and platform updates
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

3. Payment-Related Data

Payment is handled outside our system (e.g. UPI/bank). We only store the payment reference number you submit. We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details. This aligns with our payment gateway integration: the system uses your reference to match and verify payments.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share information only as needed with authorised personnel for registration approval, and where required by law.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Access to registration and payment reference data is restricted and used only for verification and administration as per our system policies.
