This policy covers personal and payment-related data processed by the Rajasthan Prakosth platform: customer and shopkeeper registration data, and the payment reference information used to verify fees (customer ₹100/-, firm ₹500/- per category).
We process data to perform the contract (registration and verification), for our legitimate interests (running the directory and card scheme), and where required by law. Payment reference data is processed only to verify that payment has been made and to link it to your registration in our system.
Our system stores registration and payment reference data in a controlled environment. Access is restricted to authorised personnel for verification, approval, and administration. Data is used only for registration workflow, card issuance, shop listing, and support—aligned with how the payment gateway integration works (reference-based verification, no storage of full payment credentials).
We retain data as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal/audit requirements. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. Payment references are retained for verification and dispute resolution as per our refund and cancellation policy.
